  • Ice fishing is also allowed on the natural ice of Lake Jean during winter months. However:
    • Ice thickness is not monitored, so testing with an auger is your responsibility.
    • Minimum recommended thickness is 4 inches for a single person and 7 inches for small groups.
    • Always carry safety gear and be cautious of thin or shifting ice, especially near docks or vegetation
