Nestled in the heart of Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania, Huntress Acres is a serene and stylish country escape where I poured every dollar, sweat and tears and hope that my vision comes to life with the help of your stay. Once known to locals as the Scandinavian Motel, this hidden gem was in very bad shape, it has been completely gutted and renovated into a modern countryside retreat, offering guests the comfort well deserved surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Pennsylvania wilderness.
The once-dated interiors have been replaced with a warm, minimalist aesthetic, yet infused with a rustic Appalachian soul.

Guest access

It’s a motel style room, exterior entrance, small bedroom and private modern bathroom. If you need extra rooms, you can book rooms next door that connect or the whole next door unit with kitchen and living room.

Other things to note

The property is on State Route 118, even though it sits on 25 acres behind it, it is not fully cleaned out from the previous hoarders, I mean owners. It’s a work in progress, so pardon the grounds appearance. I appreciate your support!
